Methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)20K-block-poly(D-lysine hydrochloride) GPC

Methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol)20K-block-poly(D-lysine hydrochloride) is a linear hydrophilic block copolymer which has a poly(D-lysine hydrochloride) section and a non-reactive PEG20K section. It is a crystalline solid soluble in water. Upon derivatization of the poly(D-lysine hydrochloride) part, it can self-assemble into particles in aqueous solution with a hydrophobic poly(D-lysine) core and a hydrophilic PEG shell.

Poly(D,L-glutamic acid sodium salt) Structure

Product Description:

Poly-D,L-glutamic acid sodium salt is a negatively charged synthetic polyamino acid having one Na per glutamic acid unit. It is a crystalline solid soluble in water. Applications for poly-D,L-glutamic acid sodium salt include the conjugation to active molecules for improved activities and the layer-by-layer deposition techniques for surface coating.

Our poly-D,L-glutamic acid sodium salt has been purified by dialysis, sterile-filtered on 0.2um, lyophilized, and stored under Ar.
